Plastic bottles are ground down to produce the chips that are converted to yarn and then to polyester fibres. 

Ragchop feature woven and non woven PET products of EU Origin that also come with Oeko Tex 100 accreditation. Not only are these products made from plastic bottles but they are also made sustainably; using less power and less water than the cheaper mass produced items that come from the Far East.
